On Sunday, November 12, 2023, she had the great pleasure of watching the Ohio Contemporary Ballet (formerly Verb Ballets) perform The Little Nutcracker with the Youth Academy and adult community students. She was enthralled by the talent and technique of the company dancers, the Youth Academy was delightful, and she especially enjoyed the flavor and flair added by the adult community students. In one hour, she was able to transition from a difficult year into a peaceful holiday season that promises to ease her distress and bring her true comfort and joy. She has a renewed sense of passion for the people and things that make her life beautiful. And that is truly the magic and the miracle of Christmas.
